JELL-O Frankenstein In A Cup

>>>>>>>

Today, I have another super fun, Halloween, perfect for your toddler recipe. I've mentioned before that if a recipe isn't simple to put together, I'm probably not gonna make it. And this "recipe" my friends, is as simple (and cute) as it gets.

These JELL-O Frankenstein In A Cup's would be great for a Halloween party at your child's school or a fall festival church event. I think we'll make another round of them and take them to our next door neighbors

You'll need -- a package of Lime JELL-O, chocolate pudding, clear plastic cups, and a permanent marker or a paint pen.

First, you'll mix the JELL-O Gelatin (per the directions on the box) in a large mixing bowl. Once the JELL-O is fully mixed, distribute it into the plastic cups. Don't fill the JELL-O all the way to the top because you want to leave room to put Frankenstein's "hair."

I think the punch size cups are perfect for this little treat. For reference, I only used one box of JELL-O when I made these, and that equally split into four punch size plastic cups.

Second, draw the little faces on the cups with the permanent marker. You could definitely get more creative with the faces, but drawing is not my forte. Hindsight 20x20, I'd use a paint pen to create the faces. The permanent marker smudged and rubbed off when the cups were cold.

Third, you'll want to let the JELL-O chill and fully harden; the box suggests four hours.  I always think it tastes better to give it the full four hours to cure; however, if you're in a rush, there are "speedy" directions on the box that tell you how to get the JELL-O to harden faster.

Finally, once the JELL-O has hardened, begin piling the chocolate pudding on top. I did this with no rhyme or reason. I used one pudding cup for every Frankenstein head.

AND...enjoy!

Have you made any JELL-O Halloween treats? I'd love to see them!
