I can't believe its already been a week since Gunner had his tubes put in. Thank you to all of you who sent well wishes and prayers to us and to those of you who have checked in since his surgery. He's doing really great. The first few nights were rough -- lots of random wakings -- but I'm not sure that had anything to do with the tubes. Overall we've noticed a pretty big differences in his daily mood, balance, and "talking." He's already taken several more steps than before the surgery and is making lots of new noises.
I also wanted to tell you how grateful Cody and I are for all of your support and congratulations upon the announcement of our adoption. I think blogging makes times like these even more exciting, if that's even possible. We cannot wait to share our journey with you.
Speaking of adoption and this journey, a major part of it will include fundraising -- If you're a handmade goods business and would like to be a part of a gift basket raffle to help raise funds for our adoption, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Here are a few Instagram photos from our week. If you're not following me on IG, you should be! Follow me, here.

Cody and I are headed to a weekend long marriage seminar while my momma watches Gunner for us. Hoping to come back with little bits of knowledge and inspiration to share with all of you!
What are you doing this weekend?
Any exciting plans? xo
