Copycat Linkup {9}

Welcome to week nine of Copycat Linkup! We're so glad to have you joining us today -- whether you're linking up or just reading along. I can't believe we've been at this linkup for nine weeks now!

Since next week will be our tenth linkup, we'll be having a little celebration. Next week, if we have ten different people linking up, we'll give away a $10 gift card to the store of your choice! We hope you'll share with your friends and then come back and link up for your chance to win.

If you're new to this whole thing and not exactly sure what this linkup is all about, here it is in a nutshell...Take style inspiration from anything -- Pinterest, a magazine, an advertisement, your favorite fashion blogger, ANYTHING -- and transfer that inspiration into your own style using pieces that you currently own. Simple and fun, right? If you'd like, you can read more about my original purpose and inspiration, here.

My inspiration outfit for this week comes from the blog Cupcakes and Cashmere.

I think this outfit is perfect for a date night or girl's night out. The heels definitely make it perfect for a night on the town. But you could also make it more casual with a pairing of flats, making it totally appropriate for a grocery store run. Here's my version of it..

 Black blazer: Kohl's, here // Rolling Stones tshirt: Target, from the men's section, here //
Red skinnies: Target, similar // Black wedges: Target, old

Make sure you check out Aubree's look and blog. She's this week's co-host and she's been linking up with us since the beginning! And you can check out Mary's sure to be fabulous look, here

As always, we'll be pinning your look on the Copycat Linkup Pinterest board. I love getting to see and share what you put together!
