Copycat Guidelines and Information

Happy Thanksgiving, guys! I hope you're enjoying lots of food and lots of time with the people you love. I posted my Thanksgiving post earlier today..if you'd like, you can read that post here

As it's Thursday, and Copycat Linkup will start NEXT THURSDAY, I wanted to post a small reminder about the linkup and give you guys a peek at the guidelines/rules.

1) Follow your hosts -- Texas Lovebirds and Trusty Chucks
2) Everyone likes comments! Please visit at least one other blog and leave a comment.
3) Link to a specific post about your copycat style. Linkups not following this rule will be deleted.
4) Please link back to the linkup post or grab a button! Let your readers know what's going on.
5) If you'll be sharing your post on social media, we'd love for you to use the hashtag #copycatlinkup.

In the coming weeks we will also be accepting co-hosts for the linkup. If you are interested in being a co-host, feel free to email me at texaslovebirds {at} gmail {dot} com.

We've also created a Pinterest board where we will be pinning your Copycat looks. We're really hoping that these pins will help draw attention and direct traffic to your blogs.

Lastly, if you've posted an outfit post earlier that week (maybe for What I Wore Wednesday?) and it was a copycat look, feel free to link it up on Thursday!

And because a Copycat post would be nothing without a copycat outfit, here is another copycat outfit from me. You can check out Mary's copycat outfit here

I pretty much recreated this look to a "t." Minus the busy city streets and pastry bag, of course. I bought a pair of motorcycle boots recently but like any big step in fashion change, was a little nervous about wearing them. This look was easy and super comfortable.

I am getting so excited, you guys! Mary and I are loving the feedback we're getting and we really hope you'll join us next week. Please email me if you have any questions about the linkup. And as always, feel free to grab the button using the code below!
