Guest Post: Kylee from Kylee Noelle

Welcome, Kylee! I can't remember how I came across Kylee's blog but I love everything she posts and she and her husband are just the cutest. And the recipe you're about to read about below, I can't wait to try it!

Hello! I'm Kylee and I blog over at Kylee Noelle about my life with my husband and share things that I create like recipes and free printables. I'm so happy to be here at Texas Lovebirds today! I've decided to share a simple recipe (if you can call it that) for homemade pizza. Except that I cheat and buy premade pizza dough so I guess it's not entirely homemade. Yeah, so, basically I'm sharing my favorite topping combo for pizza! Woohoo! But it's worth it. Because it's delicious.

So, without further ado, here's my recipe:

pizza dough
crushed garlic
fresh mozzarella
cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
kalamata olives
soft goat cheese

optional (but worth it):
sliced red onion

You can either make some fabulous pizza dough if you happen to know a recipe, or you can just buy something premade like I do. I usually go for Trader Joe's or Whole Food's refrigerated dough. Both are wonderful.

Once I've stretched and molded the dough to perfection, I spread on pesto and crushed garlic for the base and top with sliced pieces of fresh mozzarella.

Then, I add the rest of the ingredients (usually in the order they appear) as to my liking and crumble the soft goat cheese on top.

Place on cookie sheet or pizza stone and bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes.

Voila. Delicious pizza. Easy, no?

Check out my blog for more recipes! I'd love to meet you so do say hello and let me know you came from Texas Lovebirds!
